Once the package is delivered to your doorstep, it is recommended that the claws are transferred to the refrigerator for storage. The creamy mustard sauce should always be kept in the refrigerator.
Remove the claws from the plastic and mesh bags, place them in a colander with an under liner. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to crack and serve. The claws can be kept up to 48 hours un cracked, but it is best to eat them as soon as possible.
Once cracked, they should be eaten the same day.
NOTE: We do not recommend freezing the claws.
